TRAVEL INFORMATION
www.ldlines.co.uk - for crossings from Newhaven to Dieppe (4 - 6 hours) year round and summer crossings Newhaven to La Havre (5 hours). Dieppe is 1 1/2 hours away by car, La Havre 20 minutes. Crossings for car and 2 passengers between £70 - £140. (Tip - take your own food, this is a service geared towards lorry drivers). In my opinion, the most relaxing way to go!

Train - a good option if you want your holiday to start the minute you leave your office. Friends travelled first class and had their first bottle of Champagne open as they left Waterloo. Lisieux station is 20 minutes from the house by taxi
